We have an award winning group of trusted and experienced architects and designers that specialize in design concepts that range from contemporary to traditional. Based on your vision, a design specialist will be suggested for your approval. If you already have your plans designed, we will review them together and offer suggestions where required to help you create your custom home in Calgary.
A detailed budget forecast will be provided prior to beginning your home. We work with you to solidify the investments and to ensure that your home will meet your expectations within your set budget. A transparent building process is followed including a monthly ledger detailing expenditures with each expense backed up with the corresponding invoice.
Site supervisors and project managers work closely with you on a day-to-day basis. They are responsible for site safety, scheduling of trades, ordering supplies, and engaging you in the process. Each build requires submission to the City of Calgary for a development permit which will be provided by your designer or architect.
The day has arrived. Our work is done and you are in your home, but we will still be there for you for years to come. We provide a 2 year builder warranty along with a 10 year structural warranty through Progressive Home Warranty. We will be here to provide any service and support as needed.

For example, designing a home can take 2 to 3 months, getting a city permit takes around 2 to 3 months, and then you can add another year for the construction process (smaller homes may be quicker and larger homes may be longer). Occasionally, even if you are building a small home, it can take longer due to complexities, like a custom roof or electrical or mechanical requirements.
Periodically, even finishes inside your bathroom or kitchen can be complex and time-consuming. Other scenarios that can extend your project include setbacks from provincial administrations on clearance concerning construction. All of these variables will affect the overall timeline of your project.
